I have been traveling with HotelConnect for the last 3 years -- I took my parents to the Konkan coast, Mahabaleswar, Kerala, and now, I took my parents, husband and parents-in-law for a trip to North Bengal and Bhutan, and I cannot praise this travel company enough! It has been an absolutely wonderful trip, replete with the thrill of adventure (we went rafting in the Mo Chhu and Po Chhu rivers of Punakha), basking in the embrace of Mother Nature (we were mesmerized by the mountains surrounding us, the tranquil, verdant beauty of the Royal Botanical Park, the vast panorama visible from the Chele La Pass), and getting a healthy dose of history and a glimpse into a whole new culture (visits to the Punakha Dzong, the National Museum in Paro, the Simply Bhutan Museum in Thimphu). The hotels chosen for us were very convenient, luxurious and the staff members very courteous and helpful. In North Bengal, the hotel staff were not only polite, but also went above and beyond to serve us delicious Bengali meals (including home-like fish curries). We also were blessed to have some amazing guides: Nima in Bhutan and along with him, our driver, Doji, and Indrada, Nepalda and Rabida in Jaldapara. We had lots of sightings of animals in both Gorumara and Jaldapara, including close-ups with rhinos, gaurs, sambar deer, barking deer, hog deer, spotted deer, peacocks and Indian rollers. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS TRAVEL COMPANY ENOUGH FOR ALL YOUR FUTURE TRIPS 😀
